The exercise is hosted by the Armed Forces of the Dominican Republic and sponsored by US Southern Command. The US Coast Guard Commander Atlantic Area (USCGCOMLANTAREA) is the executive agent for the Maritime Phase, and US Army South (USARSO) is the executive agent for the ground phase.
